SERNIS, fulfilling its commitments,

decided to implement a quality system and its certification according to ISO ( international organization for standardization) ISO 9001:2015, assuming a Policy that is developed according to the following guidance vectors:

 

continuously improve interested parts satisfaction, solidifying relationships of CONFIDENCE AND PARTNERSHIP through arguments of innovation, technical credibility, precursors of the consolidation of the presence and image of SERNIS in the market, positioning it as one of the references in the market where it operates;

promote the continuous improvement of the quality of its products, services and processes, having as primary orientation the delivery of the ??product?? with specified reliability and functional quality, with competitive deadlines, always seeking new technological solutions, new materials and improving the effectiveness of operational procedures by the principles of prevention, progressively eliminating the aspects that create or potentiate problems;

ensure the efficiency in the management and operational control of the products and services awarded in close relation with the interested parties, ensuring to its customers the defined quality of service and product standards, strict compliance with the legislation and an assumed attitude and rigor in supplier relations procedures, and all interested parties, also contributing to ensure the conformity of the services and products supplied;

continuously boost the training and technical qualification of its employees, promoting the development of appropriate technical skills, either through the selection and recruitment of specialized personnel of through the systematic use of suppliers of products and equipment for technological improvement;

ensure the generation of wealth that will enable us to respond to the present and future challenges by optimizing existing resources, consolidating efficiency in our actions and generating the net results to finance the development of the organization, both at the national and international levels.
