This privacy policy expresses the forms of collection and use of the personal data, as well as the safeguard and security measures adopted in the treatment of the same.

       a)      Respond to requests for information from users made through the form made available on our website.

       b)      To send business information about our products or services.

 

Data storage period

       a)      The time period during which the personal data are stored and maintained varies with the purpose for which the information is treated. However, there are legal requirements that require the retention of data for a period of time required by law, especially for fiscal / accounting purposes and for the purpose of safeguarding contractual guarantees and liabilities.

       b)      Thus and whenever it is not a legal requirement, the data shall be stored and retained only for the minimum period for the pursuit of the purposes that motivated its collection or its subsequent treatment, in the terms defined by law.

 

Legality of processing

       a)      SERNIS will only use the personal data when its owners provide these, only for the purposes that are provided and always with the consent of their owners.

       b)      The data provided for the acquisition of SERNIS products and services will only be shared with third parties where necessary for the purposes Greetings supplies / services.

  

Provision of products and services

In order to comply with the services of SERNIS, your personal information may be transferred to outsourced external suppliers to provide us with certain services, such as carriers. Whenever this need is verified, the data provided will be only what is strictly necessary for the accomplishment of the concrete activity to be carried out. We require such subcontracted suppliers to keep our customers' personal information secure and confidential and to use the information exclusively on behalf of SERNIS. 

           

Rights holder

Data subjects have the rights to:

       a)      Right of access – the data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the confirmation that the personal data concerning him is being processed and, if so, access to his personal data. (article 15 of regulation (EU) 679/2016)

       b)      Right of rectification or deletion of personal data - the data subject has the right to obtain, without undue delay, from the controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him.  (article 16 of regulation (EU) 679/2016)

       c)      Right of deletion of personal data - Member States shall require the data controller to delete personal data without unreasonable delay and provide that the data subject is entitled to obtain without undue delay the data subject's personal data if the processing provisions adopted pursuant to articles 4, 8 or 10. Or if the personal data has to be erased in order to fulfill a legal obligation to which the controller is subject. (article 17 of regulation (EU) 679/2016)

       d)      Right to limit treatment - The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the limitation of the processing.(article 18 of regulation (EU) 679/2016)

       e)      Right of portability of data - The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him and which he has provided to a data controller in a structured, current and automatic reading format and the right to transmit this data to another data controller without the person to whom the personal data was supplied may prevent it. (article 20 of regulation (EU) 679/2016)

       f)       Right of opposition – The data subject shall be entitled at any time to object, on grounds relating to his particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him on the basis of the article 6 (1), (e) or (f), or in article 6 (4), including the definition of profiles on the basis of those provisions. (article 21 of regulation (EU) 679/2016)
