About the project:
DAR CALOR is a kit that aims to help the homeless and the elderly who live alone and isolated to face the cold spells during the winter.
The homeless kit is composed by a sleeping bag with the carbon fiber technology, battery, box and controller. The Elderly People kit is composed by a blanket with that technology.
Our controller uses a software system that provides a high level of intelligence to the device. The efficient and intelligent power management allows a high number of operating hours with just one battery charge.
The heating is achieved through a new technology of carbon fiber which enables its operation by low voltage, make it possible to work under adverse conditions - even under water
The technology translates into a secure system - without short circuits related problems – that can work at 12V.
DAR CALOR sleeping bag can be easily cleaned in the washing machine.
